Australian Property Investments
1) Acknowledgement by Participant
The Participant acknowledges that:
a) Property Investment Australia state they it may not be:
- a licensed investment advisor or planner
- a licensed financial planner or advisor
- a qualified or practising accountant or Tax Agent
- a qualified or practising finance professional
- a real estate agent
b) All information including materials referred to or provided to the Participant by Property Investment Australia has been developed by Property Investment Australia. It is referred to or provided as, a typical model or framework by way of example only and is not intended to be, nor is it accepted as, specific investment recommendations or advice to the Participant.
c) The law relating to finance, property, investing and taxation are constantly changing and whilst all care is taken in the formulation, presentation, and dissemination of the information the Presenters and Property Investment Australia do not warrant the accuracy of the information nor the appropriateness of the information for the Participant’s specific investment requirements.
d) No property investment decision should be made by the Participant based solely on the information provided by the Presenters and/or Property Investment Australia, and the Participant should obtain independent financial and legal advice in respect to specific property investment requirements.
e) Any property investment undertaken whether as a result of information provided by the Presenters and/or Property Investment Australia or otherwise will be undertaken only after consideration of all relevant facts and issues and obtaining independent financial, investment and legal advice
2) Release
The Participant releases absolutely the Presenters and Property Investment Australia from all and any responsibility or liability for any losses claims or demands that may be incurred as a result of the Participant using the information for investment or other purposes.
3) Authority
The Participant acknowledges that the Presenters and/or IPF may photograph and/or record the presentation in which the Participant is participating and authorises the Presenters and Property Investment Australia to utilise any such photographs and/or recordings for advertising and marketing purposes.
4) Restraint
The Participant hereby agrees that it may not (whether expressly or implied) represent or hold out to any person that the Participant is a representative, agent, employee, partner or in any way connected with the Presenters or Property Investment Australia.
